Production Log
Today I looked at other examples of magazines to see how different layouts reflect the type of magazine. Overall I found this quite useful because I learnt about the use of colour. My aim for next session, although being halfway through my planning is to start the creation of my magazine

Today I wrote my article draft. I wanted to convey a personal tone within the article because my artist is ususally known for her performances and being the complete and utmost professional - so then wants to show how what the fans don't ususally see.

Today I started to think about what Equipment I would use when taking my photos. My aim for next session is to think about what aspects to think about in my magazine.

Today I made a questionnaire and asked 15 people who were typical examples of what I think my target consumers are. I think this was important because I need the people's opinion because they are the people who are going to buy it. My aim for my next session is to analyse my results and make a conclusion

Today I started looking at my target audience. I think it's really important to do this early on because I have to always keep my audience in mind - because they are the people who are going to buy it. Therefore I can't make the magazine too extravagant, because people won't buy it. My next aim will be to make a magazine and ask people to answer it.

Today I started my proposal. Now I am clear of the type of magazine I am creating and who I will be creating it for. I think this has benefited me because my proposal has now set everything else in motion.
